Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to deliver all electrical work as promised and to the highest professional standard. This policy explains when and how refunds are provided.

2. Full Refunds

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The scheduled work cannot go ahead due to our fault.

  • We fail to complete the work as agreed.

  • You cancel before work has started, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Partial Refunds

If work has begun but cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., safety issues, access restrictions, or third-party interference), a partial refund may be offered for the uncompleted portion.

4. No Refunds

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The issue arises from damage, misuse, or interference by another party after completion.

  • The customer changes their mind after work has been completed as agreed.
