1. Definitions

“Company” refers to V&G ELECTRIC APPLIANCES LTD.

“Customer” means any person or business ordering services.

“Services” means electrical installation, repair, or maintenance work provided by the Company.
2. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A binding agreement is formed once we confirm your booking in writing or by phone.
3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to VAT (if applicable).

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full after completion of the agreed work.

Accepted payment methods include [bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other method].

The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable late payment fees where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

If work cannot go ahead as promised due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before work begins, no charge will apply.

For same-day cancellations, a reasonable call-out fee may be charged to cover costs.
6. Workmanship Guarantee
All services are performed to industry standards.

Any defects caused by workmanship within 12 months of completion will be rectified free of charge.

This guarantee excludes misuse, accidental damage, or interference by third parties.
7. Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit, data, or business).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Access & Safety
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where works are to be performed. The Company reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
